JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the direction issued by this Court dated 06.01.2016 in W.P.(MD) No.142 of 2016 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he filed typed set of papers indicating that the survey has been done on 08.03.2016.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and taking note of the documents submitted on behalf of the respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
