Learned APP has shown the affidavit filed by the investigating officer before the trial Court while opposing anticipatory bail of the accused pursuant to the FIR being C.R. No.I-74 of 2012 registered with Halol Police Station under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and prayer of the petitioner at this stage stands answered and no further order is necessary.

Considering the above, the matter is disposed of.
