Ms.Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his sister's son.
The date of the marriage is over. Further, the convict - applicant was recently enjoyed temporary bail and thereafter, furlough in the month of November-December, 2011.
Under these circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised and, therefore, the application is not granted. Rule discharged.
