This petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to transfer the investigation and to include certain persons as accused in the FIR No.I-84 of 2011 registered at Umalla Police Station.
At the threshold of investigation, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the persons who are named as accused are not shown in the FIR and the version in the FIR is incorrect. At this stage, such allegations under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are not to be gone into since no remedy is availed by the petitioner. In absence of any merit, this petition is rejected summarily.
