1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri Shishir Jain, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 & 3.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was granted appointment in U.P. State Bridge Corporation on the post of Beldar on 01.011.1982 and was regularized in service on 16.02.2008 and has completed ten year's satisfactory service in department, therefore, he is entitled for benefit of first ACP as per government order dated 04.05.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in regard to grievances raised in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed representations before respondent No.2 on 05.12.2019, 29.10.2020 and 22.01.2021 but no decision has been taken till date. He submitted that in case direction is issued for consideration of claim of the petitioner on the pending representation, ends of justice would be met.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in case the claim setup by the petitioner is pending consideration and is covered under the government order dated 04.05.2010, the same shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law within a reasonable period.
5. I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
6. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner raised vide representation dated 22.01.2021 and to pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
