Antony Dominic, J. This appeal is filed against the order dated 13/8/10 passed by the learned single Judge in WP(C) No.25453/10 filed by the appellant declining the interim prayers sought for by them.

While admitting this writ appeal, this Court passed an interim order as sought for by the appellant and that order still continues in force. Further, in the meanwhile, the writ petition itself was dismissed as withdrawn by judgment dated 26/9/12. In such circumstances, nothing further survives to be considered in this appeal. Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
