Petitioner is a Cane Supervisor and has been transferred from Cane Development Council, Titawi to Cane Development Council, Mansoorpur within the control of Senior Cane Development Inspector, Mansoorpur. The order impugned dated 12.12.2017 is challenged on the ground that petitioner is due to retire on 30.6.2018, and therefore, in terms of the transfer policy dated 3.5.2017, petitioner is entitled to continue at the place of his choice and in respect of such grievance, petitioner has already represented in the matter. It is contended that petitioner has already joined at the transferred place.
In view of the fact that petitioner has already joined and his representation is pending consideration, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach the authority concerned alongwith certified copy of this order within two weeks from today. In case petitioner does so, the authority concerned shall pass appropriate order upon the representation of the petitioner keeping in view the transfer policy dated 3.5.2017, or any other policy which may applicable upon the petitioner, within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
