JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a contractor. The petitioner submitted final bill. The petitioner approached the Lok Ayuktha for payment of the balance amount. It was dismissed by Ext.P3 stating that it is not maintainable. Thereafter, the petitioner made Ext.P4 representation before the first respondent for release of the payment.
In view of the pendency of Ext.P4 before the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
