JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner entered into an agreement for purchase of a property from one Mr.Bennet, S/o. John. Later the petitioner found Bennet fraudulently created a legal heir-ship certificate with the connivance of the village officer and Tahsildar. The petitioner filed a complaint before the Judicial First Class Magistrate,Tirur. In order to prosecute the Tahsildar and the Village Officer, the petitioner submitted Ext.P2 sanction petition in terms of Section 197 of the Criminal Procedure Code. On account of the delay in considering Ext.P2 petition, the petitioner approached this Court. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances, appropriate decision shall be taken on Ext.P2 by the respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
