JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is only called for enquiry with regard to a complaint pending against the petitioner before the fourth respondent. He further submitted that the respondent police did not make any harassment to the petitioner as alleged in the petition.
4. Recording the above submission that the petition enquiry is pending against the present petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
