(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) In spite of the appeals being listed for admission hearing several times, and an order dated 13.03.2012 being made to adjourn admission hearing in the interest of justice in absence of learned counsel for the appellants, it was submitted today that learned counsel for the appellants were in some difficulty and had to leave the Court early. After that request being rejected, the appeals could not be taken up for admission hearing on account of absence of learned counsel and paucity of time, the Court hours being over. Therefore, admission hearing of all the appeals is adjourned to 19.03.2012, as was suggested by learned counsel with the observation that no further adjournment may be granted.
