JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Civil Application is filed for seeking condonation for making Misc. Civil Application, which is dismissed for want of removal of office objection. Hence, delay occurred is required to be condoned, as requested by learned advocate for the petitioners and no useful purpose would be served by issuing the notice.
In view of this delay is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed.
