According to the petitioner, he developed intimacy and close relationship with the fifth respondent who is the wife of the fourth respondent police constable. He says that he fell for the sympathetic words of the fifth respondent who also has a nine year old child stated to be deaf and dumb. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that there is a crime registered on certain allegations and it is in connection with that crime that the petitioner was required for being questioned. Under such circumstances, we do not see that there is any harassment by any police officer which could be termed as one requiring any protective order from W. P. (C) No.26177 of 2014 -2-
the High Court. Writ petition fails and the same is dismissed accordingly.
