Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners, eight in number, are retired Collection Amins. By the instant writ petition, petitioners seek following relief:
i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by commanding to respondent no. 4, Collector Bulandshahar, to ensure the payment of 2nd promotional pay scale of Tehsildar as 8000-13500, Grade Pay 5400/- as per Government Order dated 24.07.2018, 01.12.2018, 21.03.2018, 05.01.2019 along with arrears and interest in place of previously sanctioned pay scale of 6500-10500, Grade Pay 4600/-;
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by commanding to respondents to grant 3rd financial up gradation after 26 years' service and Grade Pay of 6600/- as per A.C.P. Scheme along with arrears and interest;
iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by commanding to respondent no. 4, to adopt proper steps for speedy issue of pension papers as per revised promotional pay scale.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the fourth respondent- Collector, Bulandshahar, shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent-Collector, Bulandshahar, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
