Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondents-State and perused the record.
This petition for writ is preferred to have expeditious and fair investigation in Case Crime No.0030 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Mahoba relating to the offence under Sections 380, 467, 468, 471 IPC.
The petitioner before approaching this Court has not approached any higher authority/police department for redressal of his grievance.
Looking to this fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Mahoba for redressal of his grievance. The petitioner if submits any representation ventilating his grievances within a period of 15 days from today, the Superintendent of Police, Mahoba shall consider the same and issue appropriate instructions to the investigating authority to expedite the investigation and file a police report before the competent court in accordance with law.
With the directions as stated above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
