JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Narendra Kumar Johari,J.
Heard Sri Devbrat Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Aprajita Bansal for the private opposite party No.4.
Both the parties have submitted that they have come to a settlement and do not want to pursue the matter any further.
Short counter affidavit has been filed by Ms. Aprajita Bansal, which is taken on record. A.G.A. has also filed a counter affidavit, which too is taken on record.
We feel that since the matter has been settled amicably no useful purpose will be served with any further action. Accordingly, the petition is finally disposed of in terms of the agreement.
