Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the only prayer sought by the applicant is to decide the proceeding of (F.R.) case no.
248 of 2018 (Satpal Singh Vs. Sohab Pal) arising out of case crime no. 009/2018, u/s 363 IPC P.S. Khekada, District Baghpat, pending before the court of C.J.M., Baghpat.
It is contended by the counsel for the applicant that after investigation of the matter, the police has submitted its report on 10.02.2018, which is pending since then. The only prayer made by the applicant is to give a direction to court concerned to decide the final report expeditiously.
Considering the facts of the Case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to decide the (F.R.) case no. 248 of 2018 (Satpal Singh Vs. Sohab Pal) arising out of case crime no. 009/2018, u/s 363 IPC P.S. Khekada, District Baghpat in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties within a period of three months from the production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application stands disposed of.
