Re: Criminal Misc. Modification Application No.4 of 2019 Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 9.5.2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 9.5.2019 this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant with a direction that he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two heavy sureties out of which one should be of his family members, but he is not able to furnish the same, on account of which he could not be released on bail, hence the said order may be modified.
In view of the above, the order dated 9.5.2019 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 1 lac along with two sureties of the like amount out of which one should be of his close relative.
The application stands disposed of.
