Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 05.09.2018 is corrected as follows:
In the second line of third paragraph of the order dated 05.09.2018, the date 31.07.2017 shall be deleted and in it's place date "31.07.2018" shall be read.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 05.09.2018 A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 05.09.2018.
