In Re : Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.05 of 2021 Sri Narendra Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this withdrawal application on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer to dismiss this petition as withdrawn.
Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ranvijay Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Samar Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 to 8 have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
This withdrawal application is hereby allowed.
Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
