1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant- Sohail son of Siddiqui. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun vide letter dated 18.05.2018, after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017, has informed that sole appellant Sohail has died on 28.3.2015. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
