Sanjanwala, learned Senior Counsel with Mr.Manav Mehta appears for the respondent and Mr.B.S. Raju, learned counsel appears for the petitioner.
It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that Company Petition No.25 of 2011 is already admitted against the respondent-Company and the respondent-Company, against the said order of admission of the petition, has filed appeal which is pending for hearing and incidentally today.
Hence, it is requested to defer hearing of this petition.
In view of the above, even though it is objected by learned counsel Mr.Raju, in the interest of justice, the petition is adjourned to 08.05.2012.
