THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 23433 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The Sub-Inspector of Police, Pahadi Shareef Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, is personally present in the Court along with the record. It appears therefrom that the alleged detenu, namely, Taleb Bin Mohd. Dayani was arrested in connection with Crime No.329 of 2014 under Sections 341, 332, 353, 506 IPC and Section 25(1) of the Arms Act and remanded to the judicial custody by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad.
Hence, no orders are required to be passed. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for release of the detenu in accordance with law. Personal appearance of the officer is dispensed with.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
