Upon instructions supplied by learned APP, it is submitted that petitioner No.2 will not be summoned without any just and proper reasons. At the same time action will be taken in accordance with law against petitioner No.1 since prima facie involvement is found pursuant to the investigation carried out so far.

In the above view at this stage, no order/direction is necessary as prayed for.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
