ORDER:
The writ petition is directed against a notice requiring the petitioner to appear for verification of his caste certificate.
2. The impugned notice itself is dated 29.05.2012. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, in the morning as well as in the post lunch session, neither there is any appearance nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner. Nothing, therefore, appears to survive.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
