ORDER IN SPECIAL CIVIL APPLICATIONS.
Rule returnable on 6th November, 2012. Ms. Sangeeta Vishen, learned AGP waives service of Notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. Shelat learned Advocate, waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.4.
In the meantime, the respondents shall not initiate any coercive action against the petitioner-Association.
