JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing at some length, submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case the AICTE takes final decision with regard to increase of seats so that the petitioner Institution may take admission in the next academic session to which learned counsel for AICTE has no objection.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the AICTE is directed to take final decision with regard to increase of seats by 20.2.2020.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
