Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents specifically to respondent no. 3 to decide the mutation case No. 213 of 2017 in respect of Arazi No. 523 area 0.42 acre, Arazi No. 786 area 0.52 acre, Arazi No. 1051 area 1.31 acre and Arazi No. 1052ka area 1.39 acre totalling four numbers and total area 3.64 acre situated in Village Kamet Pargana and District Etawah, pending in his court, expeditiously within the time bound period as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2017 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
