JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. With the consent of the parties the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.
On account of default of payment of dues by impugned citation of recovery, the respondents have proceeded to recover dues in question.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to pay the entire dues in six equal quarterly instalments. First instalment will fall due in the month of July, 2011. However, in default of payment of dues, it is open for the respondents to proceed against the petitioner.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
