JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 5 to give adequate and effective protection from respondent No.8.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier working as a Masdoor in the various offices of Eravikulam National Park and Shola National Park on contract basis. Petitioner's claim is that, he has been empanelled as Convenor for the forestry works as well as the civil works in the forest on 31.1.2014. He submits that he has received threat from respondent No.8, to which, he has filed complaint on 10.10.2014 to respondents 3 and 4.

4. Learned Government Pleader would submit that no such complaint has been received. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances, we do not find any good reason to entertain the writ petition.
We close this writ petition with the observation that in the event of any offence or attempt to commit offence, it shall be open for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint before the concerned police station.
