----------------------- The petitioner’s vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-6D 93 has been seized alleging transportation of river sand without permit. The petitioner submits that by Ext.P4 interim order, the vehicle was released to the petitioner after complying conditions mentioned in the interim order. The petitioner preferred Ext.P5 petition seeking completition of the proceedings. Accordingly the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for direction to the 1st respondent to finalise the proceedings taken pursuant to Ext.P3 seizure mahazar.
2. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the proceedings referred in Ext.P4 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
