Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that permission may be granted to withdraw the CRP with liberty to pursue such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law. Permission granted and this CRP is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty of the petitioners to take such proceedings as are available to them under law.
