JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P3 Order of the Regional Transport Authority, Thiruvananthapuram (Rural), declining an application for temporary permit. A reading of Ext.P3 would indicate that the application was rejected considering the fact that there is no vacant timing.
2. The KSRTC, who is made the 2nd respondent herein, appeared and submitted that there is, in fact, an overlap also of a notified route. In any event, this is a question which has to be agitated before the appropriate Authority, being the Tribunal, wherein a revision is maintainable as per the Statue.
Leaving open the remedies of the petitioner before the Tribunal, this Writ Petition stands dismissed without prejudice.
