Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.K.Singh learned counsel for the respondents.
The limited relief prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has moved an application dated 21.10.2019 under Clause 6.14 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005, before the respondent no.3 for payment of electricity dues in installments, which may be directed to be decided within a fixed time frame.
To the aforesaid prayer learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2019 after affording an opportunity of hearing to him in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is provided that till the decision of the application of the petitioner no coercive action shall be taken against him.
It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
