JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called for enquiry in respect of a complaint given by him and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and he further submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He also produced a copy of the letter, which was submitted by the petitioner before the second respondent, in which it is stated that no further action could be taken on the petitioner's complaint. He further submitted that since the complaint has been closed, there is no scope of harassment, as alleged by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
