JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the fact that the acquittal is recorded for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and minimum sentence is of life imprisonment, the matter be placed before the appropriate Court after obtaining orders from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
