Mr.Vakil, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition in order to enable him to file a fresh representation to the respondent authorities.

Permission granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If such a representation is made the respondent authorities shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits.
