Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and Shri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel for the complainant.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 11.10.2019 being Case Crime No. 1983 of 2019, under Sections 147,149,307,452, 323, 379 I.P.C. Police Station-Kavi Nagar, District-Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel for the complainant states that in the aforesaid Case Crime number charge sheet has already been submitted on 11.04.2021 and cognizance has been taken by the Court, and as such this petition rendered infructuous and the same be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
