THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner has filed I.A.No.1/2019 seeking direction to respondents No.4 and 5 to accept the certificate for the purpose of selection and admission on the basis of Linguistic Minority for attending medical counselling.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the Examination Authority submits that subsequently, the petitioner got admission in another Linguistic Minority institution at MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital, NH-4, Dandupalya, Kolathur Post, Hoskote, Channasandra, Bangalore.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Examination Authority, the prayer made in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
4. Writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
I.A.No.1/2019 is also dismissed.
