Sneha Joshi vs Union Of

High Court Of Kerala|28 November, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached the Railway Claims Tribunal for getting impleaded. This was returned noting certain defects. Ext.P2 endorsement would show that there are defects exist. I am of the view that in the facts and circumstances, the Railway Tribunal is justified in declining to number the I.A. for impleading. If the petitioner complies with the defects noted in Ext.P2, necessarily, that shall be considered by the Tribunal in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed.
