Mr.
V.M. Trivedi, learned advocate for the applicant, has submitted that in spite of grant of sufficient time, the order dated 23.08.2012 passed by this Court has not been complied with by the Official Liquidator.
Dr.
Amee Yajnik, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator, states that earlier, another learned advocate was handling the matter and the papers have just recently been handed over to her. It is submitted that as the record is lengthy, some time would be required in order to make compliance of the aforementioned order.
