The petitioners' children could not take part in a District championship of Roller Skating. Now the State championship is scheduled in the month of November. Petitioners submit that there are no competition in two items and therefore the petitioners' request may be considered to allow them to participate in the State championship. I am of the view if there are no competition in a particular event, decision shall be taken whether any candidates like the petitioners' children can be considered for participating in State championship considering the past performance of the petitioners' children in the national event. Therefore, if the petitioners make a request within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, such request shall be considered by the 2nd WP(C).No.25400/2014-Y.
