This Court has earlier passed an order directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2016 and 12.03.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 06.11.2017 vide G.O.(Ms) No.271 submitted that the representation of the petitioner is addressed. Recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
