JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment caused by the fourth respondent herein in Mahatma Gandhi Street, Silaiman Bus Stand, Madurai. The writ petitioner had already submitted a representation dated 09.07.2012 to the first respondent. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition came to be filed.
2. Since this writ petition has been filed in the year 2013, it is possible that the representation given by the petitioner may not be available with the authorities. Therefore, this Court directs the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the second respondent herein. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall issue notice to the alleged encroacher and decide the issue, after following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation of the writ petitioner.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
