[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the construction materials stated to have been stored by the sixth respondent on a comman pathway.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 9, on insturctions, submitted that the construction materials have already been removed.
3.We direct the Block Development Officer, Village Panchayat, Panchayat Union, Theni, to ensure that the construction materials are removed.
4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
