The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the Memorial submitted by the petitioner on 14.09.2015 followed by Reminders dated 04.07.2016 and 05.07.2016 respectively, within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.Having regard to the limited relief sought for, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the Memorial submitted by the petitioner on 14.09.2015 followed by Reminders dated 04.07.2016 and 05.07.2016 respectively, within a period of six weeks preferably on or before 15.03.2017.
