JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. J.Sahayarani, Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Rameswaram is present.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who would submit that on the complaint lodged by Gokila,wife of the first petitioner, petition enquiry is conducted and the same was closed on 25.11.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
