JUDGMENT / ORDER

Affidavits filed by the parties are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the B.S.A. on the basis of instructions states that treasury cheque is ready and as soon as the account number of the petitioner is supplied to the B.S.A. he will deposit the same in the account of the petitioner.
In this view of the matter, the petitioner may inform the B.S.A. her account number within three days and necessary deposit be made by the B.S.A. within one week thereafter.
List in the second week of February, 2010.
