JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
It has been stated by the petitioners counsel that the controversy involved in the writ petition, is of civil nature and no offence of criminal nature is made out. Submission is that the petitioner shall pay entire dues within a week. Let the dues be paid through Bank draft to the respondents within a week. List on 5.7.2010.
In case the amount is paid by the petitioner, the petitioner shall not be arrested till the next date of listing in Case Crime No.1561/0 under Section 406/420/504/506 IPC Police Station Ghazipur Lucknow. Order Date :- 14.6.2010 Rajneesh)
