JUDGMENT / ORDER

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners to prosecute the case even on revised call.
Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel counsel submits that the order in question has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in the present contempt petition, which is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
However, if the petitioner is aggrieved in any manner by the order passed by the respondents, he may take recourse in appropriate proceedings before the competent Court/authority, if he is so advised or law permits.
Contempt notice stands discharged.
